Are consultations free?
Yes. Quotes and consultation are always free and sent via e-mail. We like to start with a phone call first to get to know you and learn what your needs are. Then, we can book a consultation either via virtual or we can meet someplace local that's convenient for both parties.

We try to be available as much as possible. You can text or call Carolyn as well as e-mail or Facebook messenger her! Email and texting are preferred.

What does a commitment mean exactly?
Generally, before I provide any type of service including wedding or event advice, I ask that the client make commitment to my services and to pay the booking fee. This is after we chat, consult and you approve your custom quote.

What determines your package price range? You have $4000-5000 for Blissful Bride for example.
The packages are based on the estimated time from the booking to the day of the event. We will determine this at our consultation meeting.

Cancellation Policy

The client has the option to cancel the wedding or event planning services.  The cancellation of the services has to be in writing to the wedding planner.  In the event of a cancellation of the wedding or event planning services listed in the agreement, the initial deposit for booking the dates of the services is non-refundable.  If the cancellation of the services takes place within 60 days of the signing of the contract, 50% of the balance is due.  If the cancellation of the services takes place within 10 days of the wedding date, 80% of the balance is due.
