Becker’s website is ever changing. Bi-monthly a new blog is added, custom curated by our Content Strategist, Sarah Gray, along with new product and services updates and call to actions on the homepage. Back engine SEO is added where needed. The site is monitored with analytics as well in conjunction with Google AdWords and his Online Directory Program analytics. The website is modified accordingly, to accommodate site structure and user experience, ensuring bounces are low.
On a bi-monthly basis we also manage Becker’s print media and radio billboards. Based on what Aaron wants to promote in a certain time of year, taking into consideration our suggestions based on what his analytics show, we adjust his advertisements to accommodate. Becker’s designs are always brand focused.
Additionally, we help Aaron and both of his locations make networking decisions. For example, if we see an even we feel would fit their needs, we help Becker make the necessary arrangements to attend; what to bring, how to set up, where to be at what day, time, etc.
As a team, we meet quarterly with Aaron and his team to ensure everyone is happy with the direction Becker is going, with their financial investment. The best part? Becker meets with not only his sales representative but also the employees who are conducting said jobs. We feel this is the best way for HWD to ensure the best possible customer service.
